Brad Brodigan is an experienced executive with an extensive background in financial services and technology. He has more than 30 years of experience and a track record of success leading companies through various stages of growth. Brad is passionate about helping business leaders to successfully build great companies.
​
Recently, Brad was Managing Director of Global SMB Payments at JP Morgan Chase where he brought four business segments together and facilitated the integration and modernization of the payments services including launching several new products.
​
Previously, Brad was Chief Commercial Officer at BlueVine where he helped lead the acceleration of small business lending and the introduction of additional financial services. Before that, Brad was the VP/GM of Middle Market & Retail at PayPal overseeing the multi-billion high growth global business segment for the FinTech leader.
​
His career includes the transformations of a number of technology companies raising hundreds of millions of dollars in funding and multiple successful exits including IPO.
​
Brad earned his B.A. in Economics and Business from Virginia Military Institute. He currently lives in Danville California with his wife and two daughters. His interests include skiing, traveling, and running marathons in cities around the globe.

J.D. Cronin is an experienced risk manager with a proven track record in the financial services industry. He managed a $100 million division of a $1.2 billion capital markets business, delivering a consistent 22% annual return on equity. He led a team of 35 professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration. His expertise spans diverse financial products and includes comprehensive risk management, compliance, and technology initiatives. He has extensive industry knowledge gained through varied roles in financial institutions, capital markets desks, investment funds, and regulatory organizations.

J.D.’s key skills include multi-asset risk management and controls, governance processes, regulatory examinations, derivatives trading and risk management, executive leadership, problem resolution, Python/VBA/Excel, risk management processes and collaboration.
​
J.D.’s professional experience includes his most recent role as Senior Advisor of Enterprise Risk Management at BMO Financial Group where he maintained and implemented Enterprise Risk Appetite Frameworks for a large multi-national financial institution. Prior to that he was Head Investment Risk Management at William Blair Investment Management in Chicago where he provided risk management leadership and direction for a $65 billion AUM investment firm.

He also served as Risk Management Knowledge Leader/Financial Markets Utility (FMU) Regulatory Strategy Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where he provided markets and risk management expertise to FMU, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and the Federal Reserve Board teams during examinations and other FRS initiatives.

J.D. holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance and concentration in Econometrics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics with high distinction from The University of Michigan where he was also a Rhodes/Marshall Scholarship Invitee. J.D. is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

After 7 years as founder & CEO of Funnel Metrics, a Sales Performance Management firm, Michael has joined Palomar Advisors as a partner to head up our Sales Performance Management practice.
Michael has a proven track record of success in building, developing and managing sales teams at both early-stage startups and Fortune 500 organizations. Michael has adhered to a rock-solid ethic in leading salespeople and achieving record sales growth.
He's known for implementing sales operational best practices, sales process metrics, automation, forecasting tools & sales management coaching frameworks.
Prior to starting Funnel Metrics, Michael held positions as Chief Sales Officer at GroundLink, SVP of Sales at AIG’s Accident & Health division, SVP of Worldwide Sales at Orbitz for Business, and SVP of Sales at Yesmail.
Based in Chicago, Michael holds a BS in Commerce from DePaul University. He enjoys an occasional round of golf and is an avid Cubs & Bears fan.
